Real Talk:

We’ve got a 0-day return policy—that means the moment you get your order, the clock’s already run out. Why? Because every item is made to order and part of a limited drop. Nothing sits on a shelf. This ain’t Amazon.

Unless you blacked out in a pie-eating contest and clicked the wrong size mid-sugar rush, we don’t do refunds.
And no, “I bought it for a friend” doesn’t count. If they weren’t invited, they don’t get the gear.

Want to exchange it?

We get it—maybe it didn’t fit, or you had a moment. If the item is unworn and unused, we’ll let you exchange it once, on your dime.

Step 2: If we approve it, we’ll send you the return address and a shipping label.
DO NOT just send it back without getting in touch first. It'll be sent back faster than your ex’s hoodie.

Damages or wrong item?

If your order shows up thrashed or totally wrong, email us immediately at fast@fastfriends.fun with pics. We’ll take care of it—no drama.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (aka "The Snowflake Clause")

If you're in the European Union, fine...you get a 14-day window to cancel or return your order for any reason. That's the law.
But the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you’ll need to provide proof of purchase.
